Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

You may return your item for a refund or exchange if:
✔️ The item is unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
✔️ The return is requested within 30 days of the purchase date.
✔️ The item was purchased directly from our website.

We do not accept returns for:
❌ Items marked as final sale or custom-made products.
❌ Products that have been worn, used, or damaged after purchase.
❌ Shipping costs (unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item).

 

2. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

1️⃣ Email us at danny@thousandairesgloveco.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return.
2️⃣ We will review your request and provide return instructions.
3️⃣ Send the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
4️⃣ Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.


3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.


4. Exchanges

  • If you need a different size or style, we offer exchanges for the same item (subject to availability).

  • If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer a store credit or refund.

 

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at danny@thousandairesgloveco.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will cover the return shipping costs and send a replacement or full refund.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:
✔️ Check your bank account again.
✔️ Contact your credit card provider—it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
✔️ If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at danny@thousandairesgloveco.com.


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
